Insurance and Fees

I currently accept the following insurances in Virginia:

• Aetna

• Carefirst

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield

• Kaiser Permanente

• Quest

For those who don’t have these insurances, my private pay rate is $220.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits which means you could have a significant portion of your fee reimbursed; I am happy to provide a superbill to aid in reimbursement.
