Dr. Moino is currently licensed in DC and Virginia.

He is also authorized by the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT), an interstate compact that allows psychologists to provide telehealth services for residents in participating states. Because of this, He can provide telehealth sessions upon request for residents in any of the following 43 states:

For those who don’t have these insurances, my private pay rate is $220.

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits which means you could have a significant portion of your fee reimbursed; I am happy to provide a superbill to aid in reimbursement.
