I offer individual therapy online through video sessions.  I have many years of experience providing therapy for a range of mental health concerns including but not limited to:

The Process

My approach is very collaborative, client-centered, and individually tailored to your specific needs. 


Typically, the first session is an intake session where you have an opportunity to tell your story in your own terms and I help you weave together some of your history to help identify initial directions for therapy. After that, I typically meet with clients once a week for about 53 minutes to give us enough time to make meaningful progress towards your goals.
